Local Rent is the hub of over 300 rental property websites, each website has a place name infront of it and the word directly afterwords. For example Manchester Rent has the website ManchesterRent.co.uk and so on throughout the United Kingdom for most of the major towns and cities.

The sites themselves are being built at around one a week and include the ability for landlords to post / advertise their properties online free of charge. It is also free of charge for tenants to search for properties and join mailing lists to be alerted when new properties come online. The sites are only for properties that are available to rent and shared accomodation, not for properties that are for sale.
